Our Design

Our barn was designed and constructed from the start to function as a wedding venue. It has a barn lounge, dressing rooms, bar, second floor mezzanine, parking area, and more.

Half Day Rental

Monday to Thursday Half-Day Rental | $1,950 | 6-hour block between 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Friday or Sunday Half-Day Rental | $3,000 | 6-hour block between 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 midnight
Saturday Half-Day Rental | $3,600 | 6-hour block between 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 midnight

ELM Valley Farms – Event Venue Policy

Reservations:
Events must be scheduled at least one month in advance.

Event Retainer:
A non-refundable $500 retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
Accepted payment methods: Cash or check payable to ELM Valley Farms.
For events scheduled within 30 days, the full rental fee must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Damage Deposit:
A $1,000 damage deposit is required 30 days prior to the event.
Accepted payment methods: Cash or check payable to ELM Valley Farms.

Alcohol Policy:
All alcohol must be purchased and served exclusively by The Liquor Cabinet, our licensed and approved alcohol service provider. They meet all legal requirements and possess the proper licensing.

Catering:
You are welcome to bring your own caterer. However, all food must be fully prepared off-site—no on-site cooking is permitted.

Capacity:
Maximum venue capacity is 200 guests.

Access Hours:
Venue access begins at 10:00 a.m. on the day of your event.
All events must conclude by midnight.
